Jacinda Ardern
Jacinda Ardern was born in Hamilton, New Zealand. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies in professional communication from the University of Waikato. In 2008, Ardern became a member of the New Zealand Parliament. In 2017, she became leader of the New Zealand Labour Party and Leader of the Opposition. In October 2017, Ardern was elected Prime Minister of New Zealand. She is Minister for National Security and Intelligence, Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage, and Minister for Child Poverty Reduction.
